Maybe you have been putting yourself last, not feeling like yourself, or just been feeling overwhelmed. Well, now is the time to get back into your mojo. It is time for you to make yourself your number 1 priority. Make the decision now, that you will no longer be disrespected. You need to learn how to rest and take a break. Enjoy being alone. Find a new hobby, or make time for your hobby. Make time for “ME” Time! It is important.
You cannot keep putting yourself last in your life. YOU matter, so you need to take care of your needs at all times. Invest in yourself, put yourself first for once. It is okay to be selfish when it comes down to taking care of yourself. Put your happiness first & if seeing others happy makes you happy, that’s no problem.

Do not make your dreams and goals last in your life. You deserve the opportunities that are approaching your life, and you need to TAKE THEM. You know the saying, “When opportunity knocks, you better answer.”
You cannot keep taking care of everyone else and letting people disrespect you in the process. That is very unhealthy. If all of your time is going to caring for others and not caring for yourself then, it is time to put your foot down. Start saying NO for once. Stop draining yourself. It is possible to care for others and still put yourself first, so stop carrying people on your back and letting them wear you down (.)
If it is always work, work, work for you, then you need to take a min and breathe. Being tired is part of the process, but being overwhelmed and worn out ALL the time is not okay. You need to find time to rest, and that does not mean completely stopping. Stop running your body off of 3-4hrs of sleep every night. Learn time management. You can get your work done and still make time to rest, or have time for yourself. Rather, it is a mini-vacation or just a day of rest. As long as you are making time for yourself and feeling relaxed in the process. While taking time out for yourself, you could use this time to learn new things about yourself or to educate yourself. Turn your phone off, or put it on DND for a couple of hours just to get a little “me” time in.

While going through this process of taking care of yourself, you need to think about the energy you are keeping around. You cannot keep living with toxic/negative energy surrounded by you. It is time to start blocking out all of the negative energy around you. Think about the people you keep surrounding yourself with and think about the contributions they are bringing in your life. Don’t just think about the good moments in the relationship. Think about if the good outweighs the bad in the relationship. You should also think about you, yourself as a person. Are you allowing yourself to be the toxic energy in someone else’s life, or in your own life?
I’m going to end this off by saying make sure your are taking care of yourself. Your mental and emotional health is important. Also, make sure you are taking care of physical health.
