
Sometimes in life we have to accept things for what they are, even if it is hard. Somethings we have to accept and grow from it. It sounds easier said than done, huh? Yeah I know, it’s a process. Some things come easy to accept, but there are just some things you don’t want to accept. I know for me, I had to accept a lot of things in life that was very hard for me to accept. It took along process for me to finally accept some things, but I did it. And there are still some things I am trying to accept. But in the end I know I will feel better and more relieved. I will able to move forward with my life and so will you.
Sometimes it is hard to accept things that are out of your control and it will never be easy process, but it is something we all have to go through to move forward. There are some things you don’t want to accept, but holding on and forcing it is only holding you back in life. Plus, acceptance is a part of the healing process. To heal, you have to accept certain things and start to let go, so of course it’s going to hurt. There are days where you will cry and feel down and it’s okay because it’s all part of the process.

One thing that often happens is we accept certain things and settle for them. Such as, we finally accepted a relationship/friendship that is no good for us and it is consistently causing us pain, but we settle and we stay anyway. Where as, we can accept it and let it go, yeah it may hurt to lose a friend or your partner, but it is going to bring you so much peace into your life. Stop accepting the pain in your life and thinking this is how our life supposed to be. If you can bounce back and get your life together, which many of us can, then do it. Don’t settle for pain and suffering. Also, if you can help a friend to escape from their pain and suffering then help them, but only if they accept it.
There are other things in our life that we should start accepting, such as, the good things we already have in our life or that sometimes things just don’t go as plan or that our path is different from others. Because is okay, we just have to learn to accept and adjust certain thing to our lives. Once you accept and let go, you will be able to bring in new and improved things into your life. Accept your flaws and mistakes, accept you features, accept your blessings, accept and let go of the past! Be at peace with things!
